Tasting notes: Gold colour. Notes of toasted almonds, honey and a bit of smoke. Slightly caramelized on the palate, fresh and polished.

Food recommendation: Excellent as digestive. Accompanies well dessert, cheese, Christmas pudding and crystallized fruits.
